"I called to obtain by insurance cards, because I had not received my renewal in the mail. I spoke to Lorena, and she assisted me. I asked if she wouldn’t mind texting my cards to me. She did. I was also asked if I could make a payment. With no hesitation, Lorena took care of me. Mahalo for your assistance Lorena, you are appreciated."
